The system consists of prefabricated parts such as ringlock verticals(standards),ledgers,diagonal braces,transoms,brackets,base jacks,planks,stairs,head jacks,and lattice girders,all designed to connect easily,quickly,and safely without the need for loose couplers and connectors.

WRK produce and export ringlock scaffolding accessories many years, such as ringlock rosette, wedge pin, ledger head and brace head.

Ringlock Rosette and Pin:

The ringlock system is connected by coupling pins,also known as spigot pins or joint pins,which are inserted inside the ringlock standard poles and fixed with hinged pins or bolts and nuts through the holes on the ringlock standards.

 

Our factory produces high quality parts, we choose to use the standard grade steel q235 or Q345 for stamping production, in order to improve the production speed, we have designed and produced a rapid continuous mold, large stamping machinery, to achieve a rapid and stable production level, is highly recognized by the market.

Casting Steel Leader Head:

This is a component used in ringlock scaffolding,typically for connecting and supporting the scaffold structure,especially in applications where heavy loads are involved.

 

Brace heads are used in conjunction with the ringlock system to provide additional support and stability to the scaffold structure.They are essential for creating diagonal bracing,which enhances the overall rigidity of the scaffold.

 

Regarding the production of cast steel parts-Ledge head and brace head, our factory has been upgraded to a fully automatic production line for casting production to ensure the temperature of hot metal, so as to achieve the optimization of the mechanical properties of the finished product and improve the safety of the product in use.
