Operation process
Molding
We make the advance technical solid models, models design and sizes according to customer’s drawings or samples, also we provide big models to improve production speed.
Melting and Casting
We improve our melting equipment to advance casting technology,we improved high efficiency Auto-casting production line to ensure our mass goods quality stable and fast, same time first-class quality.
Machining
Post casting, the rough castings are machined to achieve the desired dimensions and tolerances. This step involves the use of CNC equipment and Machining Centers to meet specific customer requirements.
Heat Treatment
This step may be necessary to enhance the mechanical properties of the cast iron.
Thread screw checking
We checked each nuts screw one by one to ensure each nuts suit for customer’s rods when used in building.
Quality Inspection
Throughout the production, various inspections are conducted to ensure the quality of the wing nuts. This includes incoming quality control, in-process quality control, and final quality control.
Surface Treatment
The wing nuts may undergo surface treatments such as galvanizing or being left with a natural finish to prevent corrosion and enhance durability.
Packing and Delivery
The finished wing nuts are then packed, often in plastic bags, carton boxes, wooden cases, or crates, and prepared for delivery.
