Forming the Tie Rods
Threading: Use a threading machine to cut threads on both ends of the tierod, ensuring they are compatible with the tie rod nuts and washers. Alternatively, for tierods with a smooth end, a specific end shape (like a hook) may be formed. Bending (if required): If the design calls for bends, use a hydraulic bender or similar equipment to achieve the desired angles.
